Masis Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This position is responsible for ensuring production quality compliance, accurate product labeling, product testing, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Quality Control or a manufacturing environment and strong attention to detail.

Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00

PM Pay:

$21.00 per hour

Job Type:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Perform routine Quality Control Line Checks to ensure production meets quality standards. Monitor quality control and compliance requirements for finished goods and raw materials. Verify accurate labeling of all products. Perform product retain testing and follow up on testing results. Conduct product testing related to long-term product stability. Troubleshoot quality and production issues and assist with identifying solutions. Become fully cross-trained as an Applications Technician. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Quality Control or Manufacturing. Experience in Chemical, Printing, Textile, Paper, or similar manufacturing environments is preferred. Strong basic algebra and math skills, including the ability to calculate: Percentages Dilutions Ratios Averages Basic to intermediate computer proficiency. Experience with Windows, Excel, Lotus Notes, BaaN, or DeltaV is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
