Windsor Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain , manufactures wood, vinyl and cellular PVC windows and patio doors. We specialize in designing and crafting quality products to the customer's exact specifications. General Duties and Support Meet established company objectives within own areas of responsibility, while assisting other areas in meeting their objectives through engineering process and quality improvements Is a key support member to operations, quality and demonstrates the company philosophy of "Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW)", to ensure that customers have an excellent experience. Primary Duties Develops, maintains, and revises Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Critical to Quality (CTQ) documents for the standardization and continuous improvement work to be performed. Monitors and audits documents to ensure compliance to process. Integrates work with other departmental initiatives and reviseds as needed. Contributes to the development and maintenance of standard work documents. Analyzes uality data and trends to identify opportunities from improvement. Assist in helping to determine the root causes of product failure and establishes effective corrective actions. Responsbile for verify effectiveness. Serves as the quality and manufacturing document control coordinator. Assist in providing training of SOP's and other quality documents. Act as an interal quality system auditor to ensure compliance to the company
