Requirements High school diploma
1 year of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing
Preferred experience in a manufacturing, regulated food, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
Strong computer literacy and critical thinking skills
Familiar with quality frameworks
Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs
You've got sharp eyes and steady hands
Stay active on your feet through the shift
Reliable, hardworking, and proud of a job done well Job Duties Conduct daily floor audits, monitor acceptable quality limits (AQLs), and inspect packages for defects.
Issue batch records and labels, review logs, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Identify quality issues on the floor and initiate product holds when deviations occur.
Perform root cause analysis for process failures or customer complaints and develop corrective/preventive actions.
