Description:
This Quality Inspector is responsible for leading inspections and reviews to ensure quality control and product conformity for customer requirements and business operations. Responsibilities Develop methods for inspection and evaluation Maintain verification records and document inspections, traceability, testing, etc. Assist in resolution of customer complaints and supplier quality issues for non-conformance reports and corrective action Manage tool calibration and maintenance records Approve ASI-generated models/drawings and production work order templates for clarity and conformance to specifications Perform inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications, established quality standards and customer requirements Authorize release of parts, issuing CoC's and serviceable tags Determine disposition of parts owned by ASI based on the technical team recommendations Support with part making, warehouse management and shipping All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, color, age, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis prohibited under applicable federal, state or local law.Requirements:
