This position reports to:

Quality Supervisor __ Your role and responsibilities Perform transformer testing to verify compliance with performance specifications and quality standards Identify and document nonconforming materials in accordance with quality procedures Conduct routine maintenance of testing equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company standards Provide training and guidance to team members as required Follow written and verbal instructions Collaborate with the Quality team to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications for the role High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment, assembly or casting preferred Experience using computers Microsoft office apps like excel, word and web applications Ability and willingness to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Skilled in using tools, such as a screwdriver, and crimper Ability and willingness to stand/walk for long periods of time Understand and carry out oral and written instructions Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
