Join a Growing Countertop Manufacturing Team Artisan Design Group (ADG) is the nation's leading provider of design, procurement, and installation services for flooring, cabinets, and countertops. With over 3,000 employees across 135 locations in 25 states, we continue to grow by investing in our people, technology, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our countertop fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality stone products for residential and commercial customers.
Requirements:
Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Inspect products throughout the fabrication process to ensure quality standards are met Maintain production efficiency while working safely Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow all safety policies and procedures Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment concerns Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment as trained Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes Work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred At least 1 year of manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or machine operation experience Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely in a production environment Preferred Qualifications Experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment Experience in stone, countertop, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing environments Forklift or overhead crane experience Familiarity with Moraware or similar production software Basic computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Prescription Drug Coverage Company-Paid Life Insurance Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match ADG is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
