Caremosphere is growing, and we're looking for someone who has a sharp eye for quality, documentation, and compliance. This role is responsible for reviewing the work behind the care. You'll audit client and employee records, review EVV and documentation, monitor required screenings and credentials, identify gaps, and help make sure Caremosphere stays ready for payer, Medicaid, and regulatory reviews. If you're the person who notices the missing signature, expired credential, unsupported visit, or document that just doesn't add up, this may be your lane. What You'll Do Audit client and employee files for completeness and accuracy. Review caregiver documentation and EVV records. Compare services, authorizations, documentation, and billing. Review manual EVV corrections and supporting CareLogs. Verify required

screenings, credentials, training, and competency documentation are completed. Review assessments, care plans, supervisory visits, and other required records. Track deficiencies and corrective actions through completion. Identify recurring documentation or process issues. Monitor regulatory and payer updates that may affect Caremosphere. Help prepare the agency for audits, surveys, and compliance reviews. Report serious compliance concerns to leadership promptly. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Healthcare compliance, QA/QI, auditing, medical records, credentialing, Medicaid billing, or related experience preferred. Home care, HCBS, Medicaid, or EVV experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail. Strong written communication. Comfortable reviewing records and identifying inconsistencies. Able to stay objective and professional. Able to work independently and follow issues through closure. Comfortable learning state and payer requirements. Schedule Part-Time | Approximately 15-20 hours per week Additional hours may become available as Caremosphere grows.
