  • Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities About the Role Westlake Royal Building Products is hiring a Quality Control Technician to support our growing Salisbury, NC facility.
This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and collaboration with production teams. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for detail-oriented team members who are safety-focused, analytical, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards as we expand operations. What You'll Do
  • Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Use measurement tools and testing equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
  • Document inspection results and report any quality issues
  • Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
  • Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Work Environment This role operates in a manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs as needed)
