Epoxy Technician / Quality Control

Job Description:

Cashion Fishing Rods is actively seeking detail oriented individuals to epoxy fishing rods. This position requires a lot of attention to detail, finesse, and craftsmanship. The successful candidate must work well with their hands, pay close attention to detail, and enjoy a positive team environment. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and will pay close attention to quality control. The job will consist of working with your hands to repetitively apply epoxy onto finished fishing rods and additional tasks as directed related to building fishing rods and/or day to day operations. The successful candidate will work with machinery, epoxies, and very small parts throughout the building process. This job requires some standing throughout the day. No previous rod building experience is needed, only a positive attitude, pride in one's work, and willingness to work hard and meet production goals and timelines.
