We are seeking a reliable and flexible Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Sanford, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards through careful inspection and documentation. The position involves working in a production environment, utilizing small hand tools, and applying your knowledge of quality control procedures to identify defects and recommend improvements. Responsibilities:
Inspect products and materials for compliance with company standards and specifications Document and report on inspection results Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality objectives are met Recommend corrective actions as needed Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Control role Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and documentation abilities
