CPC Specialist section: QA Duties (Brief description of the principal task involved): Quality Inspector carries out the checks and inspections during the shifts. He/She is responsible for the corresponding documentation of the inspection, approvals and non-conformance reports. Identify product defects and can block processes for defective products. Description of activities (List of all key tasks/processes actually carried out) : The holder of the position…. Percentage distribution (estimated): 100% . Ø Responsible for carrying out the checks and inspections during the shifts, namely the X-ray, visual, dimension and ganging and tightness inspections. Ø Responsible for providing the test objects for the measurement rooms, X-ray sampling, lab inspections, trial machining runs and other sampling procedures. Ø Responsible for documenting the inspections in the shift reports, the drawing up of quality non-conformance reports and the documentation of defects in the workshop order. Ø Responsible for the blocking of Faulty parts and processes and the marking according to the specifications. Ø Informs the master/foreman and the responsible shift personnel about defects identified. Ø Responsible for the process approval at the start of series production. Ø Responsible for the process approval after any corrections carried out, including additional sampling. Ø Responsible for identifying Environmental Aspects for his/her department, and supporting Environmental Management Plan(EMP) goals and targets through training, engagement and communication. WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position, the employee must comply with all safety regulations and proper operating procedures, utilizing required safety equipment at all times. Employees are obligated to leave workplace in a clean and orderly manner. Must collaborate in the bridging of break times, and briefly inform the succeeding operator of activities that took place during his/her shift.
