Shift:

Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 4:00am BONUSES $500 Hiring Bonus Monthly & Quarterly Attendance Bonus Drawings DUTIES Deliver fiber bales to the blendline, open bales, load and monitor hoppers. Monitor garnetts, lappers, and hoppers to ensure the quality of the fiber web. Continuously clean and remove fiber build-up on hoppers, Garnetts, lappers, aprons, shafts, motors, guards, walls, floors, fans, etc. Report any safety, mechanical, or quality problems to the Line Operator. Conform to all Quality/Safety requirement and procedures. Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Process.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Manufacturing experience required Non-wovens or textiles experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Attention to detail (e.g., using correct fiber, etc.) Good decision-making skills Trouble shooting ability Ability to work independently Self-motivated/adaptable

QUALIFICATIONS

Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 + pounds Follows directions and instructions well Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift, 10-11 hours Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
