Job Description
Sirius Staffing is hiring multiple Quality Analysts for a growing manufacturing operation in Whitsett, NC. We have opportunities available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Available Shifts & Pay:

Shift:
Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM- 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM- 3rd
Shift:
Sunday-Thursday | 11:30 PM-7:00 AM About the RoleQuality Analysts are responsible for ensuring server manufacturing processes, components, and finished products meet internal, customer, and international quality standards. This position plays an important role in maintaining product integrity, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities- Perform quality audits on server components, subassemblies, and finished systems to verify compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor, document, and verify process adherence throughout the production cycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and routine manufacturing.
- Identify quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate audit records and prepare quality reports.
- Support ISO 9001 and customer-specific audits.
- Participate in Lean and Kaizen initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, and safety requirements. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or technical degree preferred.
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience in electronics, server, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and electronic/server hardware components.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience
- LEMES or MES systems.
- Server architecture and manufacturing/build processes.
- Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
