About the Role As a Quality Systems Technician , you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring we consistently deliver world-class products.
You will:
Support the structure, compliance, and continuous improvement of the QMS Maintain accurate and up-to-date processes, procedures, and documentation Assist with internal audits and coordinate preparation for external audits Collaborate across departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Track and support continuous improvement initiatives Monitor QMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with process owners and leadership Participate in and lead training sessions related to quality systems About You You're analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to improve systems and processes. You enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating across teams.
Qualifications:
Education:
Background in engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
Experience:
1+ years in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (preferred)
Skills:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$42,000 - $60,000 USD annually (based on experience, including performance incentives)
