$19.00 plus $2 shift differential

Summary:
Support manufacturing operations by performing product inspections, process audits, and quality monitoring activities throughout production. This role is responsible for verifying products meet specifications, maintaining quality records, and helping identify opportunities for process improvement while gaining broad exposure to products and manufacturing processes.
Job Duties:
Perform inspections and audits on components, subassemblies, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications Monitor production processes and document defects or quality concerns during assembly operations Support quality-related projects and initiatives as assigned Complete audit reports and communicate findings to quality leadership and production teams Maintain required quality documentation, including inspection records, change control documents, build records, and related reports Assist departments with troubleshooting quality-related issues and process concerns Conduct internal quality system audits Review and utilize engineering drawings, inspection plans, work instructions, and other technical documentation required for inspections Work closely with production personnel to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality-related work Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Completion of customer- or product-specific training requirements as needed Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
