QA Lab Technician

Responsibilities:

Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and spec ification compliance Audit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, spec ification s, storage, packaging, labeling and coding Identify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions Maintain records, documentation, and retention samples Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

H igh school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's d egree in food related field (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) Experience in quality assurance testing
