Job Description
Job Overview Join Marvin Composites, as a Raw Materials Associate at our Fargo, ND location. You'll play an important role in our manufacturing process by preparing raw materials, measuring materials to specifications, documenting results, and helping ensure production has the materials needed to keep operations running smoothly. At Marvin Composites, we manufacture innovative fiberglass composite materials that provide the strength and durability behind Marvin's windows and doors. Our air-conditioned facility is just one of the ways we support our people. Schedule:
6:30 AM- 6:45 PM Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!
Pay:
Base hourly rate $22.10/hr Pay potential including $4.00 weekend premium andOT:
$25.06/hr Highlights of your role Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, including proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standards Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) High School diploma or GED preferred 18 years of age required Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50lbs to support production needs A self-motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively Basic math skills and general computer proficiency We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and- led company.
