Large Part CMM Metrology Technician

CMM Metrology QC Technician Overview Cleco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled CMM Metrology QC technician, with 3- years' experience working in the steel fabrication and machining industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Preform product QC inspections with CMM 3-D Metrology Scanning System Perform metrology grade QC measurements Maintain QC records and Scan reports Working in shop production floor Maintaining Equipment Travel to project sites in the US and Canada Perform other duties that may be needed to achieve project success Qualifications required: Prior Experience as a Quality Control inspector with Metrology Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong in Technical / Mechanical skills / Math Skills Prior Experience working in Machine Shop & Steel Metal Fabrication Shops Proficient applicable computer software Multi Tasker / Troubleshooting Skills Experienced using 3D-CMM Devices Able to work independently at a fast pace Must be able to Lift and handle CMM Equipment Minimum High School Diploma and Technical School training in metrology Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
