Job Description

You will be the on-the-floor guardian of standards—working closely with Quality Control Inspectors, Project Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure every operation matches process work documents and applicable codes. You'll also be the quality voice in internal, customer, and regulatory audits. This role reports to the Quality Supervisor and is based 100% onsite in Newington, NH. What you'll do Own incoming inspections for raw materials, components, and castings—confirming requirements via visual and mechanical evaluation. Carry out in-process inspections at engineering-defined checkpoints and complete final inspections to verify all requirements. Lead structured investigations; accept or reject parts strictly per engineering specifications. Coordinate scrapping of nonconforming product in accordance with engineering instructions and applicable procedures. Document everything—create and update inspection reports and logs with thorough, accurate detail. Advance a safe environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
