job summary: Join Our Client in Bridgewater, NJ as a Quality Specialist Project Lead! We're an industry-leading innovator looking for a food safety expert with a science degree and HACCP experience. Be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of food quality and development.
location:
Bridgewater, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $22.30 - 31.18 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Serve as the primary quality representative for innovation and renovation projects, ensuring all Idea to Launch (I2L) deliverables are successfully met.

Develop and implement pHACCP and rMMS protocols for new products to guarantee strict compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Drive internal compliance by actively participating in the Internal Audit Team and supporting visits from external regulatory bodies, including the FDA and USDA.Facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge by providing essential quality and safety training to operations teams during project handovers.

Deliver targeted technical assistance to factory quality functions and support ongoing efforts to obtain and maintain ISO and NMS certifications.
