NJkmmhGXUb-1001609-1565455) JAKTOOL is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who is responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality. This involves working closely with our production and design teams to identify potential quality issues, develop and implement quality control prores, and monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement quality control prores in areas such as design, manufacturing, and assembly to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality Apply advanced knowledge of GD&T and engineering principles to ensure precision and inspectability Direct the interpretation of inspection and validation data to verifypliance with engineering and quality standards Work closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions to resolve them Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind Conduct audits and inspections of products and processes to ensurepliance with industry standards and regulations Work with suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards Lead problem-solving initiatives using advanced root cause analysis and statistical techniques to drive long-term process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve operating prores, resolveplex technical challenges, and provide authoritative guidance Mentor and train junior staff in quality control best practices, process design, and problem-solving methods Provide strategic input to leadership on long-term quality control capabilities and investments Analyze data on quality metrics such as defect rates and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement Support regulatory quality assurance audits
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering. Equivalentbination of advancedcation and directly relevant professional experience may be considered as an alternative
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
7+ years of experience in quality engineering or related field Advanced proficiency in CMM programming and process validation Experience with quality control prores and methodologies Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data Advanced proficiency in metrology Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strongmunication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working in
ISO 9001, ISO
