is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse & Operations Support Associate to support warehouse, material handling, and manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical cGMP environment. This position is responsible for operating sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely receive, move, store, stage, and issue materials and inventory throughout the facility. In addition, this role will provide operational support to Packaging and Manufacturing departments as needed, including line support, material replenishment, packaging assistance, and general production support activities. The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working in both warehouse and production environments while following cGMP, safety, and documentation requirements. Warehouse & Material Handling Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklift, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies. Move, stage, store, and issue raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods. Support shipping activities including preparation of shipments, pallets, samples, and documentation. Perform inventory transactions and material movements accurately. Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and storage areas. Conduct routine material inspections and report damaged or non-conforming materials. Support inventory cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Maintain accurate warehouse and material handling documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices. Operations Support Responsibilities Support Packaging and Manufacturing operations as a helper or line support associate. Deliver materials and components to production areas. Assist with packaging line setup, cleanup, and changeover activities. Remove waste, scrap, and unused materials from production areas. Support production teams with material replenishment and operational needs. Assist with equipment cleaning and basic housekeeping activities. Follow cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements while working in production environments. Work collaboratively with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Packaging, QA, QC, and Facilities teams.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

High School or diploma degree or associates degree. Basic math, reading and writing skills. Basic computer skills. Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and reach. Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 25lbs. as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to powders, cleaning agents, and industrial equipment. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
