Quality Technician 2 Intac Solution Englewood Cliffs, NJ Job Details $28 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Document review (document control) Full Job Description Quality Technician 2 (Bilingual) - Englewood Cliffs, NJ This position is seeking a highly detailed and responsible professional to review Concealed Damage Claims from various business partners and support on-time, in-scope strategic program management and planning. Role Overview As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating complex evidence to determine the true cause of loss and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders. This role requires a professional who can balance meticulous document review with the capability of visual storytelling for strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities Investigation & Review :

Review claim forms, bills of lading, and inspection reports. Analyze photos and verify the validity of claims to determine if damage occurred during transit.

Strategic Planning :

Perform key program/project management from planning to deliverable development. Collaborate with department leaders to develop short to mid-term planning.

Executive Communication :

Communicate program progress and escalation points to leadership. Develop content for executive-level presentations and reports to achieve buy-in for recommendations.

Workshop Coordination :

Develop content for and coordinate executive workshops and working sessions.

Stakeholder Management :

Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and facilitate collaboration with diverse groups.

Qualifications Experience :

2+ years of experience from a strategy/management consulting firm or within a strategic planning/corporate development function is required. Experience working in a global organization is a plus.

Language :

Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus.

Education :

Associate degree or higher; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Technical Knowledge :

Understanding of product damage evaluation and documentation systems. Proficiency in project management fundamentals is required.

Skillset :

Expert ability to evaluate complex, sometimes contradictory evidence, and strong negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and settlements.

Visa & Benefits Pay Rate :

$28.00 - $30.00 / hr (W2 + Benefits).

Assignment :

12 Months (High chance of extension).

Location :

700 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (100% Fully Onsite).
