Job Description
Job Overview Harold R Henrich is a Custom Metal Fabrication company since 1942. We Are currently looking for General Shop help to assist in Quality Control with inspection and packing of finished parts for shipments. Pay is Negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities Support the preparation and inspection of sheet metal and other raw materials using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by handling materials properly and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Requirements Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, welding, assembly techniques, and measuring tools. Must be able to read a tape measure. Blueprint reading and interpretation a plus, but not necessary Good communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical ability to lift heavy materials. Ability to show up to work on time.
