Position Overview As an Automotive Dealer Floorplan Inventory Auditor, you will support financial institutions by verifying financed vehicle inventory at automotive dealerships. This is a field-based role offering independence, flexibility, and direct exposure to the automotive and finance industries. Key Responsibilities Always represent CSI and its clients with professionalism Conduct on-site inventory audits at automotive dealerships Verify vehicle inventory using VINs (Vehicle Identification Numbers) Reconcile units not present on-site (e.g., sold, on demo, in transit, at repair facilities) Travel to nearby off-site locations (e.g., body shops, storage lots) as needed Capture digital photos and complete inspection reports using mobile technology Review and verify sales and inventory documentation Communicate audit results to CSI in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications & Skills Automotive dealership or related industry experience preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within approximately 50 miles of home Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed procedures Compensation & Schedule This is a part-time, flexible position with hours based on client demand.
