Location:
Swedesboro, NJ Position:
FSQA 3rd shift
Openings:
1 1 opening on 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
Pay Rate:
$22.50 per hour
Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday (Days off: Monday-Tuesday)
Essential Functions:
This following duties and responsibility is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities. 1. Responsible for daily review of all HACCP and CCP monitoring records. 2. Responsible for maintaining all SQF registers. 3. Responsible for document control. Updating SOP and FSQA policies. 4. Responsible for updating ingredient specifications and master ingredients files. 5. Trains new QA Technicians on monitoring and documentation procedures and assists QA Technicians. 6. Function as an information source to QA and other departments. 7. Assist in development of special department projects and works in conjunction with Production Manager and FSQA Manager. 8. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, filing and maintaining all raw material COA's. 9. Other duties assigned by FSQA Manager.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
HACCP Certification (Required) PCQI Certification (Required) Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Food Science or related experience (preferred) 1-3 years' experience in laboratory or food manufacturing quality control (preferred)
