Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to support quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products and processes meet customer expectations through inspections, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing environments, with injection molding experience preferred, and a deep understanding of quality systems and inspection techniques. Key Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify production quality Conduct incoming inspections of purchased materials and components Assist with First Article Inspections (FAI) and related reporting Collect and analyze data for quality and process improvement projects Support process validation and documentation efforts Train production staff on quality standards and internal procedures Create and maintain work instructions, inspection criteria, and documentation Utilize blueprint reading skills and quality systems (IQMS preferred) Develop and maintain vision system programs for consistent inspection Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability for nonconforming products Assist with calibration of quality gages and measurement tools Participate as an internal ISO auditor (ISO 9001 / AS9100 / ISO 13485) Support corrective action investigations and continuous improvement Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of manufacturing experience (quality-focused preferred) Experience with injection molding strongly preferred Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and/or
ISO 13485
standards Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with quality inspection tools and measuring equipment Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation ASQ certification is a plus IND38
