Type :
~2-month contract Responsibilities Conduct Gemba walks throughout the production process to verify that fragrance batches meet specifications. This includes testing at various production stages (e.g., during mixing, before packing, HACCP). Support nonconformance investigations (Z3, Z1, Z5). Monitor overdue actions in the IMS and support document management control. Review documentation, analytical data, product specifications, and process changes/deviations before product release to ensure compliance with defined specifications. This includes addressing and resolving any concerns or discrepancies. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product quality, trends, and challenges related to fragrance production. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, working collaboratively with operational units to ensure compliance and conduct comprehensive evaluations for investigations and process enhancements. Support the 5S program within the plant. Requirements Technical degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field Mandatory Minimum 2 years in quality assurance, preferably in fragrance, food, or chemical industries Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP and GMP standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS) Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset Effective communication skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
