Participants will complete multiple-functional rotations (12 months each) within areas of Global Manufacturing; including Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT), Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain over the course of the program. Rotations are tailored based on individual development goals, business needs, and participant interests, allowing candidates to gain targeted experience across key operational functions. This structured program integrates high-impact operations experiences, executive mentorship, and a Leadership Development Series focused on developing leaders at every level — from leading self and others to influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide business outcomes. The company was the brainchild of visionary scientists who recognized that antibody-based therapeutics could potentially treat disease and possessed the backgrounds in immunology and gene editing to take the leap. For two years, Legend Biotech, then known as the "Legend Project," operated in a room the size of a freight elevator, with the goal of creating a cell therapy for multiple myeloma, a hematological cancer that often relapses and can become refractory. The team produced nanobodies for single-domain antibody drugs and ultimately extended the half-life of the nanobodies with proprietary technologies.
