Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Specialist and become a vital part of ensuring the highest standards in manufacturing excellence! In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives, perform detailed inspections, and uphold rigorous quality standards across production processes. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations and drive continuous improvement in product quality. Duties Inspection & Testing Perform incoming inspection of raw materials against specifications. Conduct in-process quality checks at defined production intervals. Test finished product testing. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate QC records, inspection logs, and Certificates of Analysis (COA). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, or other applicable industry standards. Document non-conformances and generate Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) reports. Support internal and external audits. Process Monitoring Monitor processes for quality deviations. Track and analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues at the source. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and management to uphold quality standards. Communicate quality issues and trends to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Support customer complaint investigations and provide technical responses. Assist in training production staff on quality procedures and standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments with experience in QA/QC processes. Strong understanding of ISO standards , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), , FDA regulations. Familiarity with measurement techniques such as dimensional measurements, GD&T, and analysis skills for defect investigation. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems effectively. Basic math skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and analysis in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
