The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that the correct materials are used, packaging activities are completed according to approved specifications and Master Batch Records, and all required quality and production documentation is accurately completed. This position also has the authority to identify, stop, place on hold, reject, or escalate nonconforming materials or products in accordance with Company procedures and Quality Management requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices throughout all production and packaging operations.

The key objective of the QC Inspector is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Truvant Health & Beauty by effectively executing Quality Control functions and supporting the Company's commitment to product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Under the general direction of the QC Manager, the QC Inspector is responsible for performing assigned quality functions and has commensurate authority to carry out the responsibilities of the position. The QC Inspector is expected to provide independent quality oversight of production and packaging operations while working collaboratively with Production and other departments to ensure compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), client requirements, and applicable quality standards.Responsibilities:
The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for monitoring and verifying that packaging and production operations are performed in compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), client requirements, and applicable quality standards. The QC Inspector provides independent quality oversight throughout the production process by conducting line clearances, verifying cleaning requirements, performing in-process inspections and quality checks, reviewing documentation, collecting required samples, and identifying and escalating quality or compliance concerns.The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that the correct materials are used, packaging activities are completed according to approved specifications and Master Batch Records, and all required quality and production documentation is accurately completed. This position also has the authority to identify, stop, place on hold, reject, or escalate nonconforming materials or products in accordance with Company procedures and Quality Management requirements.
