1st Shift Job Summary Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Supervisor responsible for leading inspection operations, NDT processes, and quality compliance . This role focuses on team leadership, aerospace quality standards (AS/ISO), and continuous improvement across inspection and production functions . Key Responsibilities Supervise inspection and NDT operations (X-ray, FPI, Ultrasonic) Coordinate daily inspection workload and resource allocation Review shop traveler and document control processes Ensure employee certifications and training compliance Lead cross-training and team development initiatives Evaluate team performance and support promotions Maintain compliance with QSM, RSM, and AS/ISO standards Act as Management Representative for quality compliance Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance Core Duties Quality inspection & NDT oversight Team leadership & supervision Compliance & audit readiness Documentation & process control Continuous improvement execution Work Environment / Role Nature Aerospace manufacturing / repair environment Leadership role with hands-on quality involvement High compliance and audit-driven environment Cross-functional coordination with production teams Required Skills Quality engineering / inspection

• 5-8+ years Supervisory / team leadership
• 2+ years NDT methods (X-ray, FPI, Ultrasonic)
• 2+ years AS/ISO quality standards
• 2+ years Analytical problem-solving
• 2+ years Preferred Skills FAA Part 145 / 21 experience
• 1+ year FAA Repairman eligibility
• Preferred NDT Level I/II certification
• Preferred Metallurgical lab / calibration exposure
• 1+ year Lean manufacturing
• 1+ year Technical / Functional Exposure Inspection & quality systems
• 5+ years Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
• 2+ years Aerospace compliance (AS/ISO, FAA)
• 2+ years Root cause & corrective action
• 2+ years Team leadership & performance management
• 2+ years Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5-8+ years of aerospace / quality experience Prior supervisory experience required IND_
