Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Document inspection results and report any non-conformance to the Quality Assurance Manager
Daily verification of scales
Conduct Daily Pre-Operational and Operational Inspections
Report non-conformances as they occur
Document food safety and quality check information, including net weight, product formulation, allergen control sanitation, label verification, critical control point verification, metal detector and x-ray inspection verification, and other checks.
Monitor best by dates of works-in-progress
Inspect production documentation
Other tasks as assigned Early morning (4 am) or late night (to 11 pm) possible, weekends possible.

$17.00 per hour
