Job Description

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on product quality assurance, non-conformance handling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Education:
Associate's Degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing/production environment ITAR Compliant Required - Candidates must be compliant with ITAR requirements and be US citizens or nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality and compliance with established requirements Review and release product and material documentation Disposition non-conforming materials and manage related transactions Maintain accurate and timely quality data in systems Support containment and corrective action initiatives Monitor and report quality metrics Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams Drive process discipline and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Excellent cross-functional communication abilities Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications:
Quality Control experience in manufacturing Knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards Experience interpreting procedures and work instructions Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
