Day Shift Hours:
7.5 Hours per Day | 5 Days per Week | 37.5 Hours/Week We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Management Coordinator to support quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and risk management activities within Behavioral Health and Nursing departments. The role focuses on reviewing clinical audit data, ensuring documentation accuracy, and preparing regulatory compliance reports.
Responsibilities:
Summarize and prepare monthly audit reports for Nursing Behavioral Health, Risk Management, and Quality Management departments Review and analyze documentation related to mock codes, nursing assignments, hand hygiene compliance, and patient observation protocols Monitor 1:1 patient observations, Q15 checks, constant observations, and restraint documentation (including full body, 2-point, and handcuff/shackle records) Track patient identifiers and compliance measures across units Identify trends, gaps, and compliance concerns in clinical documentation Prepare detailed written reports and findings for leadership review Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives Maintain accurate records, audit tracking, and reporting documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and operational excellence Utilize EPIC and other healthcare systems for documentation review and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 3 years of healthcare quality management, auditing, compliance, or related experience required Experience reviewing and analyzing clinical documentation and audit data required Familiarity with
EPIC EMR
required Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive healthcare information required
Preferred:
