Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the scientific and laboratory services industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the laboratory support team, contributing to essential daily functions that ensure the accuracy and safety of laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive approach to safety, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job?
Assist in daily laboratory functions, including glassware cleaning and equipment maintenance Review and maintain laboratory logbooks to ensure accurate documentation Perform analytical testing as required to support laboratory operations Handle hazardous waste in accordance with safety protocols Support the upkeep and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspace What's Needed? Ability to follow safety rules and enforce safety practices in the laboratory environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and perform analytical testing and laboratory procedures Basic understanding of laboratory safety and hazardous waste handling Excellent communication and teamwork skills What's in it for me?
