Primary responsibility of the Quality Control Inspector includes; inspection, monitoring, coordinating and compliance to the quality control program for all work performed by operations and maintenance staff consisting of all electrical, mechanical, HVAC equipment and associated systems (including, PM's and service work orders), alterations and repairs, and subcontractors to ensure that all requirements as specified in the Quality Control Program are achieved. Click here to follow EMI Services on Facebook Key Responsibilities Examine any of a variety of goods, services or operations for conformity to established quality, health, safety, legal, business, ethical or other standards Verify that established standards are maintained relative to such matters as transportation methods; building and facilities maintenance and repair services Verify that permits or licenses have been obtained and are displayed Confer with officials, interpret regulations and codes and assist establishments in altering methods and practices to meet established standards Investigate complaints, prepare report findings and action taken or recommended Recommend changes in standards, administrative procedures, facilities, methods and practices Inform QC Manager of all pertinent problems, irregularities, and other important information within area of responsibility Perform other related duties as assigned
