The main purpose of the Quality Investigator position is to perform investigations and ensure all documentation and communication is accurately maintained.

Salary:
$60,000 annually Opportunity Responsibilities & Duties Perform Complaint Investigations Monitor and respond to customer feedback Conduct investigations based on customer complaints Complete investigations to determine root cause Conduct Trending Analysis Write up investigation reports and provide investigation summaries to customers. NCMRs (Non-Conformance Reviews) Complete non-conformance reviews, i.e. internal investigations. Determine if the non-conformance affected the quality of any material. Recommend corrective actions if needed. Deviation Investigations Conduct internal investigations to determine root cause Provide corrective and preventative actions as needed. Conduct Trending Analysis Corrective Actions/Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Supplier Corrective Action Response (SCAR) Perform CAPA and SCAR investigations Perform effectiveness checks based on corrective actions Evaluate supplier corrective actions for completeness Qualifications One (1) to three (3) years' experience in related field. Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field. Excellent communication skills required; fluent English (oral & written). Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Strong with ethic and integrity; reliable and accountable for his/her work. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Outlook).
