CNC MACHINING INSPECTION MANAGER
Lead inspector for precision CNC machine shop. Tight tolerance work for medical, aerospace , DOD contract and firearms companies. High attention to detail and documentation. Proficient with CMM, Comparitor and all other standard inspection equipment. Solid understanding of GD&T and ISO standards. Capable of 1st piece layout, in-process, final inspection and all accompanying documentation. Willing to oversee and direct quality department employee's as well as train operators in proper inspection practices. Experienced with Open plate inspect and DCC CMM. Knowledge in Programming in Calypso is a plus.
