You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical schematics and troubleshooting to validate high-quality assemblies, directly impacting the reliability of our production output. Responsibilities Validate complex industrial control panels and electrical assemblies to ensure they meet rigorous performance standards. Analyze wiring configurations against technical schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to guarantee precision. Execute functional testing protocols and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical discrepancies. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and quality assurance departments to optimize production workflows. Provide technical support for electrical assembly processes to maintain consistent throughput and quality. Qualifications Required Skills 2+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing or production environment. Proven proficiency in industrial control wiring and low voltage cabling. Advanced ability to interpret blueprints and complex electrical schematics. Hands-on experience working safely with live voltage systems. Strong analytical mindset for effective system troubleshooting. Preferred Skills Direct experience with PLC wiring and integration. Background in heavy equipment installation and electrical infrastructure. Familiarity with industry-standard quality control methodologies.
