Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Inspector to be an integral part of our manufacturing team. The chosen individual will be instrumental in upholding the impeccable quality standards of our products, overseeing inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finalized products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other common instruments CMM Programming / Inspection (Romer Arm with PCDMIS) Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Perform
PPAP-PSW
& First Article Inspections Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and specifications Inspect parts to an established inspection test plan or sampling lot Identify and report non-conformances using documented procedures Knowledge of common mathematical concepts Knowledge and understanding of basic quality terms, definitions and concepts Basic understanding of measurement/metrology terminology and applications Basic computer literacy Preferred Qualifications (Helpful, but not required): 2 years working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Knowledge of calibration requirements/procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite Understanding of effective sampling (AQL, RQL) Internal Auditing experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time Can push, pull, or lift a minimum of 35lbs
Pay Frequency:
Weekly hours Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
