You will utilize your keen eye for detail to perform essential inspections, maintain operational safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality control plans. Document findings accurately, maintaining precise records and reports to support production traceability. Operate production machinery safely while adhering to all established safety protocols and guidelines. Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to optimize equipment performance. Uphold 5S workplace organization standards to foster a clean, efficient, and safe environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for the duration of a shift. Capability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in basic data entry and computer navigation. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
