Job Description

Quality Technician - Make an impact. Shape the future of our products. We're looking for a detail driven Quality Technician who's passionate about precision, safety, and excellence. In this role, you'll help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards both ours and our customers. If you thrive in a handson environment and take pride in doing things right , we want to meet you. What You'll Do Inspect and test products for cosmetic, dimensional, and functional quality. Clean and handle parts to prevent contamination or damage. Verify CMM printouts and identify discrepancies. Laserengrave parts per specifications. Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and profilometers. Record inspection data, certifications, and critical features accurately. Maintain quality records and ensure proper document control. Review routers for accuracy throughout the inspection flow. Write nonconformance reports as needed. Print and scan barcode labels, shipping papers, and related documents. Follow critical control points and preventive measures. Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Support corrective and preventive action plans. Ensure packaging meets both internal and customer standards. Communicate quality concerns to office and shop teams. Collaborate with internal and external customers as needed. Participate in new program launches and process improvements. Perform additional duties that support the Quality Management System. What You Bring EducationKnowledge High school diploma required; associate's degree in industrial/manufacturing tech a plus. 2-3 years in manufacturing or quality environments. Understanding of process improvement and quality principles. SkillsAbilities Strong attention to detail with excellent judgment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and critical features. Clear communication skills-both verbal and written. Teamoriented mindset with consistent followthrough. Computer proficiency for recordkeeping and quality documentation. Familiarity with measurement and test equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
