  • Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom QA professional to join our team in Blue Ash, OH.
This role involves ensuring the quality and compliance of our products within a cleanroom environment. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 12-month contract-to-hire duration. Responsibilities Conduct routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following established procedures. Accurately record and enter measurements into company systems, flagging any results that fall outside approved ranges. Maintain product retains by correctly storing, labeling, and retrieving them, ensuring proper identification and safety labeling. Follow written instructions such as SOPs, technical specifications, and Work Orders to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare emulsions by measuring and combining ingredients according to formulas. Assemble titration equipment, conduct evaluations as directed, and document clear, precise results. Manage sample requests by collecting, packaging, and shipping products according to guidelines, while keeping requestors informed. Apply scientific problem-solving methods (PDCA cycle) to address lab equipment issues, process challenges, and questionable QC outcomes. Guide the Quality Team in designated program areas to ensure ongoing compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills Experience in Quality Assurance. Basic awareness of ISO 9001 and
GMP. SAP
experience. Ability to lift 40lbs as needed. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Openness to training on DOT hazardous materials. Willingness to be trained on forklift operation. Nicotine-free. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in quality control and inspection. Knowledge of chemistry and batch records. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
