Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Valley City, OH. In this on-site role, you will perform essential quality inspections, maintain accurate documentation within our

ISO 9001

framework, and support continuous improvement across incoming, in-process, and finished production.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods using visual and measurement tests. Maintain, update, and manage the Gage Trak software tracking system, including equipment calibration, Gage R&R studies, and coordinating outside vendor repairs. Read blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications to establish proper inspection procedures. Document quality results, process nonconforming material reports (FIRs/Routers), and handle containment activities. Communicate quality concerns effectively with production supervisors, quality engineers, suppliers, and operators. Maintain a clean, safe working environment adhering to

ISO 9001

standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and standardized work instructions. Familiarity with Gage Trak (or similar gage tracking databases) and

ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems is strongly preferred. Ability to comprehend and process FIRs and Router systems.
