Job Description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Inspector role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment accurately. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify defects or non-conformances and communicate findings to production teams and supervisors. Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized inspection area. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall product quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus. Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
