CMM Programmer-DAYSHIFT Years' Experience 5+ years Salary - $30.00 to $35.00

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer responsible for inspection of products ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of inspection.
Responsibilities include:
  • High Proficiency with PC-DMIS programming.
  • Setup and Operate CMM.
  • Perform and record First Article/ In-process / Final Inspections.
  • Proficient at interpreting GD&T, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Read job orders for product specifications such as dimension and tolerance.
  • Verify CMM results using an alternate form of metrology.
  • Proficient with surface plate and hand tool inspection.
  • Communicate findings.
  • Micro-Vu (Vision System) Setup and Programming is a plus.
  • Complete data packages for customer submittal Skills and Experience needed:
  • CMM experience required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC-DMIS software.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Experience with use of micrometers, indicators, and height gauges.
  • Aerospace experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of
ISO 9001
2000 and/or AS 9100 standards.
  • Ballooning software proficiency preferred.
