1st & 2nd Shift Production Job Description The position involves starting quality assurance work on the 2nd shift with initial training on the 1st shift for a period of 4-6 months. The candidate will utilize micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and durometers to inspect incoming material and document their daily activities. During slow periods in quality assurance, the candidate will work in stores on assembly tasks. Responsibilities Conduct quality assurance inspections on inbound materials using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and durometers. Document daily inspection activities and maintain accurate records. Assist in assembly tasks in stores during slower quality assurance periods. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in assembly and production processes. Experience with quality assurance and inspection using precision tools. Ability to perform computer data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing and production environments. Understanding of quality control standards. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is non-climate controlled but maintains a comfortable temperature due to effective air flow throughout the building. The position requires working on the 2nd shift, Tuesday through Thursday from 1pm to 11:30pm, and occasionally on Mondays when the 2nd shift is active. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
