Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback on product performance, warranty claims, and service inquiries. Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Manage warranty claims, including tracking, resolution, and customer follow-up. Maintain and update product documentation, promotional materials, and warranty materials
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, project management, and quality assurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; CRM software expertise preferred.
