Job Description

Job Summary:
Monitors, evaluates, reviews, and verifies products including documentation and procedures, to ensure conformity to customer standards. Coordinates Quality Assurance activities such as product testing, laboratory testing, incoming quality, equipment calibration, and process monitoring. Facilitates continuous improvement projects working with quality, operations, and Engineering.Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform physical and material testing, inspections, and evaluations in compliance with control plans and UL/CSA requirements. Maintain quality documentation, logs, calibration records, and QA databases in accordance withISO 9001
standards. Support root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and customer complaint investigations. Inspect products and materials, including non-conforming items, and assist with new product development assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external inspectors (UL/CSA) to ensure quality and compliance. Analyze data, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in training employees on quality procedures.Basic Qualifications:
1+ or more years' experience in a Quality department or similar work environment is preferred High school diploma Education or experience in a science, technology, or engineering preferred Capable of using basic metrology equipment such as, calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, and pin gages Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Understanding of UL and CSA Industry is a plusShift:
Full time; 40 hours a week ;Monday- Friday Flexible with hours; Start time: between 6am
- 8am / End time: between 2pm
- 4pm
Location:
We are located in Glenwillow, Ohio and in Solon, Ohio. Must be able to travel to each site based on business needs. Sites are within 10 minutes driving of each other.
